A signed-in web app that turns established career-coaching frameworks into structured online workshops — Karriereanker, Werteanker, and others. Clients pick a workshop, work through the prompts at their own pace, and progress saves continuously. Each completed workshop produces a clean PDF — a real document, not a printout of a form.

Each workshop is a first-class object with its own structure — not "a form with N questions." All copy lives in a single source of truth, so the German, English, and Italian versions stay in lockstep instead of drifting out of date. Row-level security in the database — not just the UI — means a client only ever sees their own responses, and coaches see only what they need to administer.
