Connects Czech bank transactions to invoices and receipts: sync accounts, import documents, and match lines with AI-assisted pairing. Built for freelancers and small businesses that need a single place for cash flow, documents, and audit-friendly exports — not a generic “ERP.”

Inventario

A browser-based warehouse system for a cosmetics manufacturer and e-shop: receipts, issues, production from recipes, stocktaking, and reports with weighted-average (AVCO) costing in the database. Replaces the warehouse module of Pohoda for day-to-day stock and year-end totals.

Small on purpose.

IDEx is a small team (est. 2023, Prague). We prefer narrow, well-owned problems, usually paperwork, money flow, or operations where off-the-shelf tools are wrong-sized.

We ship iteratively, keep stacks boring where it helps reliability, and we don't take work that only exists to pad a slide deck. No equity-for-build gigs, no reselling user attention, no “AI transformation” without a concrete product boundary.

We work across the full stack, design, development, and the unglamorous parts in between. Stock math, ledgers, locale and integrations kept boring and testable. When AI helps the product, we use it. When it doesn't, we don't.

Most of what you see here is ours. We also take on a small number of partner projects each year.
